I’m now offering more services to you online! Guided meditations with instruction are now available over video chat for 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Learn the basic techniques of mindfulness meditation from a certified teacher who’s been meditating for over eight years (more info on mindfulness meditation here). Then enjoy a relaxing guided meditation meant to help your body achieve peace and your mind open with awareness. As a bonus, I will send you Reiki energy during your meditation.

While we’re all focusing on our own health right now more than ever, we can’t forget about our furry, scaly or feathered family members. As vet appointments may get harder to attend and our stress begins to have an effect on our entire household, I find Animal Reiki and communication to be very valuable right now. We must take care of them so that they can take care of us!

These services aid me in creating the ripple of healthy and enlightened living that I’d like to see in the world.

It is a whole new world. One where I cannot use my healing hands in the way that I am used to and enjoy so much. With Copper Moon Massage making the proper decision to close last week, I find myself without my main source of income. I am very lucky though, as I am still able to provide some services without using in-person touch.

My distance Reiki treatments have now been extended to 45 and 60 minutes sessions.

I am now offering a video chat option, which will give us a chance to “meet”. We can chat before and after the session where I will give you my notes on what was felt during the treatment. If you prefer email contact, all I need from you is a photo and name. I can email you my notes after the session (usually within 15-20mins).

I still offer 60-90 minute Completion Process guided sessions as well. We can video chat on Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp or Facebook, whichever you prefer. I can easily attune to your energy even if you’re on the other side of the world.

This is a time to connect in ways we never thought possible. Humanity is awakening, and while a great shadow is being revealed, I truly believe the changes in our perception will transmute this situation into massive healing and compassion for all beings. This is my hope for all of us.
