Beginning January 2020, we will be open every Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday (from 9am-9pm) to provide a variety of healing services. We’ll be working from the beautiful Anam Cara yurt, located in Metchosin (just 15 minutes from Langford).

We have over 15 years of collective experience as practitioners and have decided to come together to elevate our gifts!

Services will include: massage therapy, counselling, reiki, Thai massage, reflexology, craniosacral therapy, completion process, PEMF therapy, couples treatments, group mediations, workshops and classes. A detailed services menu will be posted soon, along with additional links, contact emails/numbers and bios.

These 6 beautiful souls became Reiki 1 practitioners yesterday! I’m so happy for them. I know their new connection to the Reiki Ray will change their lives. This was a curious group of healers that asked next level questions about the root of illness. Their energy was expansive as their mind’s and body’s processed the attunement and the beyond valuable information that Reiki level one holds. This is just the beginning of their journey and I can’t wait to watch it continue to unfold. Congratulations! 💖

We had an awesome Reiki II class in Anam Cara Yurt yesterday! The sun was shining and the ancestors were with us. These two were more than ready to expand their wisdom of the Reiki ray. Congrats to these two new Reiki Master/Teachers! What great male energy there was yesterday teaching this pair of talented and committed healers. They have gained the wisdom that vulnerability is indeed strength. Their ability to expand their minds has given them a great understanding of spirit and science. The land’s ancestors were there supporting us as they mastered the art of Reiki. It was truly beautiful. I can’t wait to see how they transform themselves and the world with their power! 🙏

The next White Light Meditation Circle will be on Monday Sept 23rd 7-8pm at the Station Wellness Collective!
An hour long support and practice session including…
-A handout explaining the history, basic posture and technique of mindfulness meditation
-Discussion, questions, sharing and support time
-Guided meditation
-Powerful group mindfulness meditation with music
-During this meditation time, I use Reiki energy healing to connect each person to white light energy to enhance their healing and meditation session (Any energy healers are welcome to add their energy to the circle as well!)
-Follow up discussion with questions

We finished off the Chakra series with a fantastic crown Chakra meditation. There was a beautiful feeling of lightness and oneness in the room. I had some big insights leading up to that day.
Like, what now? I’ve always had different themes for Meditation Monday, and I’m excited to say, that’s over now! I want the first 20 minutes to be a shared supportive discussion period instead. You can ask me questions (about your meditation practice, Reiki, healing etc), share what you’re going through right now, or just listen to what I’m going through (I’ll always have something prepared to talk about).
I want to go with the flow and let the session support exactly what the attendees need. The idea of an intuitively guided discussion gets me super excited!
I’m letting the evening be what it has transformed into, a meditation/healing circle. Connecting the group to the white light energy of Reiki has been a highlight for me. So I’ll be renaming the hour session White Light Meditation Circle. See you for the first one on August 19th!
