How are you doing? Ask yourself that question honestly. Listen to the honest answer of your heart and validate it. ❤️ This is a unique trauma that effects us all. Know that you’re not alone in your feelings, trust me. Every distance Reiki treatment I’ve done has had some similarities. Most noticeably that I need to start with everyone’s root Chakra instead of the crown, because we all need some serious grounding right now!
In between my own proooccceeessssing (which looks like: CP, parts work, exploring triggers/shadow/the subconscious, just feeling my feelings) I’ve kept quite busy doing the things I love.
I’ve tried some new things:
🔹Cut my boyfriend’s hair! (Quite well for my first time 😃👍)

🔹Creating a veggie garden
🔹Animal Crossing on Switch
🔹House Party video chat
I’ve also enjoyed some old things:

For the last week, all I’ve been focusing on is the kind of life I want: Hobbit life! Beautiful land, family/friends, fresh grown food and merriment. 🌿
I’m so excited and grateful that my best friend and neighbour has this perfect fenced space for a shared veggie garden! We have begun the build, and the way our materials have come together so easily, it’s clear the universe is on our side. 🥕
This is my first time building a garden and planting vegetables. Are you also feeling the call to try growing your own food? 🍅

These 6 beautiful souls became Reiki 1 practitioners yesterday! I’m so happy for them. I know their new connection to the Reiki Ray will change their lives. This was a curious group of healers that asked next level questions about the root of illness. Their energy was expansive as their mind’s and body’s processed the attunement and the beyond valuable information that Reiki level one holds. This is just the beginning of their journey and I can’t wait to watch it continue to unfold. Congratulations! 💖
