How are you doing? Ask yourself that question honestly. Listen to the honest answer of your heart and validate it. ❤️ This is a unique trauma that effects us all. Know that you’re not alone in your feelings, trust me. Every distance Reiki treatment I’ve done has had some similarities. Most noticeably that I need to start with everyone’s root Chakra instead of the crown, because we all need some serious grounding right now!

In between my own proooccceeessssing (which looks like: CP, parts work, exploring triggers/shadow/the subconscious, just feeling my feelings) I’ve kept quite busy doing the things I love.

I’ve tried some new things:
🔹Cut my boyfriend’s hair! (Quite well for my first time 😃👍)
🔹Painting
🔹Creating a veggie garden
🔹Animal Crossing on Switch
🔹House Party video chat

I’ve also enjoyed some old things:
🔹Kayaking
🔹Hiking
🔹Archery
🔹Reading
🔹Working out
🔹Spring cleaning
🔹Magic Cards
🔹Drumming
🔹Meditation
🔹Yoga

And of course the not as fun things:
🔹 Finished my RMT online continuing education course
🔹 Apply for EI
🔹 Taxes

And some days, I can’t do anything. And that’s fine too. 😉
