How are you really?

How are you doing? Ask yourself that question honestly. Listen to the honest answer of your heart and validate it. ❤️ This is a unique trauma that effects us all. Know that you’re not alone in your feelings, trust me. Every distance Reiki treatment I’ve done has had some similarities. Most noticeably that I need to start with everyone’s root Chakra instead of the crown, because we all need some serious grounding right now!

In between my own proooccceeessssing (which looks like: CP, parts work, exploring triggers/shadow/the subconscious, just feeling my feelings) I’ve kept quite busy doing the things I love.

I’ve tried some new things:
🔹Cut my boyfriend’s hair! (Quite well for my first time 😃👍)
🔹Painting
🔹Creating a veggie garden
🔹Animal Crossing on Switch
🔹House Party video chat

I’ve also enjoyed some old things:
🔹Kayaking
🔹Hiking
🔹Archery
🔹Reading
🔹Working out
🔹Spring cleaning
🔹Magic Cards
🔹Drumming
🔹Meditation
🔹Yoga

And of course the not as fun things:
🔹 Finished my RMT online continuing education course
🔹 Apply for EI
🔹 Taxes

And some days, I can’t do anything. And that’s fine too. 😉

Concerning Hobbits

“But where our hearts truly lie is in peace and quiet, and good tilled earth. For all Hobbits share a love of things that grow.” 🌱

For the last week, all I’ve been focusing on is the kind of life I want: Hobbit life! Beautiful land, family/friends, fresh grown food and merriment. 🌿

I’m so excited and grateful that my best friend and neighbour has this perfect fenced space for a shared veggie garden! We have begun the build, and the way our materials have come together so easily, it’s clear the universe is on our side. 🥕

This is my first time building a garden and planting vegetables. Are you also feeling the call to try growing your own food? 🍅

Grad Photo – Reiki Level One

These 6 beautiful souls became Reiki 1 practitioners yesterday! I’m so happy for them. I know their new connection to the Reiki Ray will change their lives. This was a curious group of healers that asked next level questions about the root of illness. Their energy was expansive as their mind’s and body’s processed the attunement and the beyond valuable information that Reiki level one holds. This is just the beginning of their journey and I can’t wait to watch it continue to unfold. Congratulations! 💖

White Light Meditation Circle

We finished off the Chakra series with a fantastic crown Chakra meditation. There was a beautiful feeling of lightness and oneness in the room. I had some big insights leading up to that day.

Like, what now? I’ve always had different themes for Meditation Monday, and I’m excited to say, that’s over now! I want the first 20 minutes to be a shared supportive discussion period instead. You can ask me questions (about your meditation practice, Reiki, healing etc), share what you’re going through right now, or just listen to what I’m going through (I’ll always have something prepared to talk about).

I want to go with the flow and let the session support exactly what the attendees need. The idea of an intuitively guided discussion gets me super excited!

I’m letting the evening be what it has transformed into, a meditation/healing circle. Connecting the group to the white light energy of Reiki has been a highlight for me. So I’ll be renaming the hour session White Light Meditation Circle. See you for the first one on August 19th!

Grad Photo – Reiki Level Three

A big congratulations to these new Reiki Master/Teachers! Yesterday’s class in Anam Cara yurt was unforgettable. The space’s energy was just as powerful as the Master teachings and the healers themselves. We had amazing weather and the views didn’t hurt either. I’m so grateful that we got to learn together and so happy that there are three more Reiki Masters in the world!

Graduation Photo – Reiki Level One

It was a high vibe day in the Station Wellness Collective workshop yesterday! A big congratulations is in order for these new Reiki practitioners. It was such a pleasure teaching a full class (the shy student took this pic, thanks!) They were all overflowing with enthusiasm and curiosity for this life changing skill.
