We finished off the Chakra series with a fantastic crown Chakra meditation. There was a beautiful feeling of lightness and oneness in the room. I had some big insights leading up to that day.
Like, what now? I’ve always had different themes for Meditation Monday, and I’m excited to say, that’s over now! I want the first 20 minutes to be a shared supportive discussion period instead. You can ask me questions (about your meditation practice, Reiki, healing etc), share what you’re going through right now, or just listen to what I’m going through (I’ll always have something prepared to talk about).
I want to go with the flow and let the session support exactly what the attendees need. The idea of an intuitively guided discussion gets me super excited!
I’m letting the evening be what it has transformed into, a meditation/healing circle. Connecting the group to the white light energy of Reiki has been a highlight for me. So I’ll be renaming the hour session White Light Meditation Circle. See you for the first one on August 19th!
