I am excited to announce that the theme for my February Meditation Monday is: The Sacral Chakra. Join me for the next 7 months as we journey through the Chakras, adding awareness to each of our energy centers and opening them to receive.

Do you feel emotionally unbalanced? Do you desire passion and a healthy sex life? Would you like to lose feelings of guilt when you experience pleasure? Have you become emotionally numb? Do you have issues with your urinary or reproductive systems? Then the Sacral Chakra class is for you. The orange energy of the water chakra is our emotional center. When this chakra is open, a balance appears in our  relationships, desires and sex life. The feeling of guilt will block the energy flow to our sacral chakra. Join me for a lesson, guided meditation, mindfulness meditation and group Reiki session meant to open your water energy center and let it flow freely.
