Wow, what an expansive Reiki Level One class yesterday! It was truly a pleasure to teach just this one student. It feels like they taught me just as much as I taught them. Their bravery and determination are inspiring. They know that willingly looking into their shadow and bringing it light is the most efficient way to heal. I’m now offering more services to you online! Guided meditations with instruction are now available over video chat for 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Learn the basic techniques of mindfulness meditation from a certified teacher who’s been meditating for over eight years (more info on mindfulness meditation here). Then enjoy a relaxing guided meditation meant to help your body achieve peace and your mind open with awareness. As a bonus, I will send you Reiki energy during your meditation.
While we’re all focusing on our own health right now more than ever, we can’t forget about our furry, scaly or feathered family members. As vet appointments may get harder to attend and our stress begins to have an effect on our entire household, I find Animal Reiki and communication to be very valuable right now. We must take care of them so that they can take care of us!
These services aid me in creating the ripple of healthy and enlightened living that I’d like to see in the world.

We finished off the Chakra series with a fantastic crown Chakra meditation. There was a beautiful feeling of lightness and oneness in the room. I had some big insights leading up to that day.
Like, what now? I’ve always had different themes for Meditation Monday, and I’m excited to say, that’s over now! I want the first 20 minutes to be a shared supportive discussion period instead. You can ask me questions (about your meditation practice, Reiki, healing etc), share what you’re going through right now, or just listen to what I’m going through (I’ll always have something prepared to talk about).
I want to go with the flow and let the session support exactly what the attendees need. The idea of an intuitively guided discussion gets me super excited!
I’m letting the evening be what it has transformed into, a meditation/healing circle. Connecting the group to the white light energy of Reiki has been a highlight for me. So I’ll be renaming the hour session White Light Meditation Circle. See you for the first one on August 19th!

A big congratulations to these new Reiki Master/Teachers! Yesterday’s class in Anam Cara yurt was unforgettable. The space’s energy was just as powerful as the Master teachings and the healers themselves. We had amazing weather and the views didn’t hurt either. I’m so grateful that we got to learn together and so happy that there are three more Reiki Masters in the world!

Congrats to these new Reiki One practitioners! Yesterday’s class was filled with synchronicities and messages from spirit. I have no doubt we were supposed to learn the art of energy healing together. They have always been sensitive to energies and have now opened their hearts to the energy of healing white light. I can’t wait to watch them expand their light across the universe!
