I am excited to announce that the theme for my July Meditation Monday is: The Crown Chakra, the final chakra in the 7 month series.

Do you want to become aware of the bigger picture? Do you see yourself in others? Would you like to expand your knowledge about the universe? Do you want to know your purpose in life? Do you have hormonal issues, central nervous system problems or headaches? Then the Crown Chakra class is for you. The violet energy of the crown can increase your sense of oneness. It brings understanding, wisdom and non-attachment. When this chakra is open, we have a strong connection to spirit/source consciousness. Attachment will block the energy flow to our crown chakra. Join me for a lesson, guided meditation, mindfulness meditation and group Reiki session meant to open your crown and increase your connection to the universe.
